Teacher’s contact details are hidden to standard users. You are able to view contact details when you purchase an Access Pass which will unmask all premium information for you to see. 

Each listed teacher has the ability to add a link to their preferred online booking website. If a teacher does not add a link to their online booking portal, the “Online Booking” button will not appear.

Our subject and language database is consistently being updated since we are always looking for new subjects to add. Please feel free to reach out to our support center and request your subjects to be added to the database.

Promo codes are usually eligible for a limited period of time. Additionally promo codes may also be used once or for limited number of times. Please verify that your promo code has not reached its expiry date and that you have not used it more than the number of times permitted. Feel free to reach out to our support team should you need further assistance.

At Smartpozi we take data privacy and security seriously. Our policies require users to have user accounts with the appropriate access pass to view confidential data.

Even though you are able to delete your account from the Account Details page, your personal details are still kept on our databases for a short period of time. To escalate the deletion of your personal details you may send a request via our Support Center or by sending an email to our support team: support@smartpozi.com. A request to delete personal details will be sent to your email address on file. Upon your approval your personal details will be deleted immediately.
